The Certification Process

Acquiring a medical cannabis card in Pennsylvania does not get any easier than this. When you come to our clinics, you will be treated with the attention and respect you deserve. From the moment you book an appointment with us, our team will guide you every step of the way through the process until you have your card. Patients also come to us for cannabis guidance after they receive their card.

Step 1: Schedule An Appointment

We will answer any questions you have about the evaluation process. We will also explain the need for your medical records documenting a qualifying condition and if necessary, obtain the records for you with a signed medical release form.

Step 2: Physician Consultation And Certification

When you arrive for your appointment, our staff will provide you with our intake forms. Once completed, you will then meet with the physician. The physician will review your records, perform an exam, discuss your condition and history, and answer any questions you have regarding medical marijuana. If you have a qualifying condition, and medical marijuana is appropriate the physician will approve your certification.

Step 3: Get Your Medical Marijuana Card

Upon processing and approval of your submitted application, the state Department of Health (DOH) will send out your Medical Marijuana card, which you will receive by mail. Once received, the will allow you to purchase medical marijuana at a licensed Pennsylvania dispensary of your choice.
